I stayed at this apartment while attending a conference at the San Francisco University down the street. It was super easy to find and a very comfortable location.

Andrea's place is wonderful! The building is extremely well located, with plenty of restaurants and cafes located in the ground floor plaza area. It was also extremely safe, with great amenities. The apartment was perfect for two people and very clean. Andrea is an amazing host - super responsive! She even stayed up past midnight on the day we arrived on our international flight to make sure she was available to help us find accommodation and check in with the front desk security team. Highly recommend!

The apartment is just like the pictures. Super comfortable and you feel very safe.
The area is very nice, I felt safe and there are plenty of restaurants.
It is also easy to order food via app.
The concierge people are very friendly.
Communication with Andrea is quick and accurate.
It will definitely be my first choice when I return to Quito. Thank you.
